Ever since the OJ saga almost 2 decades ago - refer to my very first blog reminiscing this event - there has not been reality television to put the oomph in the viewership. So these days we have to deal with a series of very wealthy people being arrested for everything from rape (of any sex) to doping or overdosing with chemical cocktails to molestation to financial fraud to dog fighting (I beleive there were few incidents of non human species being molested according to the prosecution). But merely getting arrested or implicated, or whatever the PC term for alleged but not convicted is these days, the plaintiff has to also have certain key traits to make the drama last a full season. 1.
