Mass Movement - this could literally apply to anything from the stuff that gets flushed down the toilet to people on a train station or the train itself..typically used to signify protests and rallies and such..
Religious Movement - something that a preacher might experience if accidentally or knowingly consumes castor oil - typically refers to another form of group activity involving religious types
Protein Shake - this one is interesting having found a cult like following in recent times and oft refers to a beverage that certain health minded individuals tend to consume. But to me it might also be an instance of tossing eggs in the air (practice juggling with a bit of excitement for the Yokels)

Back then clearly I was wet behind the ears product manager and likely didn’t pay attention to all (efficient) things Japanese. But today I did and of course continue to be impressed. The impressive landmark and landscapes that these humans have put together despite their cramped (or because of it) surroundings and precarious geological conditions could amaze a novice architect among us.
